Welcome and acceptance

By using Nia's World, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We offer reflections, quotes, artwork, breathwork and community for inspiration and personal growth. Every belief and no belief are welcome; this space is not tied to any single religion. Our welcome to every path is subject to the age requirements below.

Age and accounts

You must be 13 or older, and 16 or older in the EU/UK, to use account, writing, community or subscription features. Where required, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you. Keep your sign-in links, codes and password secure, and let us know if someone uses your account without permission. Use accurate account and subscription details.

Inspiration, not professional advice

Content is for general inspiration only. It is not medical, mental-health, therapeutic, legal, financial or religious advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care or guidance. Crystals and symbols are offered as symbolism, not facts about health or cures.

Breathwork is optional. Stop if you feel dizzy or unwell, and check with a healthcare provider if you have health concerns. Do not practice while driving or doing anything that requires full attention. If you are in crisis, seek help. In the US, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). Elsewhere, contact local emergency services. If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services wherever you are.

Kind and responsible sharing

These rules apply to Walk Together, public comments, and anything you choose to share from your Gratitude Jar or My World:

• Be kind and respectful of all beliefs and non-beliefs.
• No hate, harassment, threats, explicit content, spam or unlawful activity.
• Do not share another person's private information, or include sensitive personal details.
• Share only content you have the right to share. Do not impersonate someone.
• Do not give medical or legal advice, and do not interfere with the site's safety or operation.

Read our Community Guidelines. Public submissions may require approval. We may review, hide or remove content and restrict or suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

Your words remain yours

You keep ownership of the content you create. When you choose public sharing, you give Nia's World a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce and display it on the site for that feature. This permission does not make your private journal public, and does not give us permission to sell your writing.

You may delete your own entries where a delete control is provided. To remove a public post that has no self-service delete control, use our Contact section. Removal ends our permission to display it, apart from necessary legal/safety records and temporary backups. We cannot remove copies other visitors already made.

Site content and copyright

Original writing, artwork and design belong to Nia's World or the credited rights holder. Quotes by other authors are credited to them. Sharing tools do not transfer copyright; do not reuse content in ways that infringe the owner's rights.

For copyright or takedown concerns, contact us through our Contact section with the work, its site location, your rights or authority, and how we can reach you. We will review the request.

Nia's World Daily Walk SMS program — paused

The SMS program is not currently active, and we are not collecting mobile numbers right now. Anyone who registered earlier can ask through our Contact section to have their number deleted.

When SMS launches

The program will be for US/Canada (+1) numbers only, with up to 1 mindful message per day. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not required to use the site and is not a condition of any purchase. You must have permission to use the number provided. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery and timing cannot be guaranteed.

As-is service and limitation of liability

We provide the site “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uninterrupted access, accuracy or a particular outcome, to the extent the law allows. You are responsible for your choices and for what you post. External links and services have their own terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nia's World and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from using, or being unable to use, the site. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable protections in your location.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without its conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory laws and consumer protections in your home jurisdiction apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. We will post the updated terms and effective date here, and provide appropriate notice of significant changes. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
